Bioesthetic Dentistry Course Registration

Terms and Conditions:

Course registration is performed online, using this website. A deposit is required upon registration in order to confirm your spot in the course. Payment may be made online via credit card, or by phone, cheque, or money order. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome package e-mail with an attached supply list and any accompanying documentation. Cancellation/Refund Policy:

CIBD reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course dates due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of such cancellation, full tuition will be refunded or transferred to a future course date. There is a $300.00 cancellation fee for student cancellation within 30 days of the first session.

Materials:

A supply notebook will be provided with a list of equipment and materials necessary for the course.
